1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kolvera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service. Dysruptia LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

2. Description of Service

Kolvera is a security SaaS platform that provides continuous monitoring, vulnerability detection, and automated response for Linux servers using artificial intelligence. The service is offered in Community (free) and Pro tiers.

3. Accounts and Licenses

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The license granted is personal, non-transferable, and limited to use of the service in accordance with these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

Kolvera and all its components, including source code, are the property of Dysruptia LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. BSL 1.1 License

The Kolvera agent source code is distributed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). Production use for commercial purposes requires a commercial license granted by Dysruptia LLC. See the LICENSE file in the official repository for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dysruptia LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Dysruptia LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications to Service

Dysruptia LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of material changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.
